Join us for the 5th annual CenterPoint Energy Red River Balloon Rally. Hot air balloons will be flying all week in the morning throughout parts of Shreveport and Bossier City, and then catch the evening balloon glows at the CenterPoint Energy Red River Balloon Rally festival on Friday and Saturday evenings, June 12-13 on the campus of LSU Shreveport.
